You Are Beautiful....!!

I am just so blessed to "know" each of the wonderful people who visit my blog and encourage me on a regular basis. I created this award because I'm so thankful for each of you! I wanted to personally thank a few of you for your godly influence, honest wisdom, daily encouragement, and beautiful self! You truly are beautiful!

*drum roll, please....!*

♥ RCUBEs at Off The Beaten Trek - You are a wonderful woman! I love reading each of your posts. You share your everyday life and always have a spiritual application when you draw the punch line. You encourage me to seek Him more and be a better testimony! You are Beautiful!

♥ Kathleen Smith at Heart2Heart - When you told me you "busted through (the fence) and at times, took the fence down... (and) lived as a fence sitter and fence painter", I knew you and I had alot in common. Fellow Fence-sitter, thank you for being honest with me in your posts. Thank you for encouraging me that no matter what I do, I have a God Who forgives! You are Beautiful!

♥ Beth in NC at I Am Heading Towards My Final Destiny - You are so full of energy, so full of life, so full of love for the Lord! What a blessing! Here are some "beautiful" words of wisdom from people of the past:

"Beauty is not in the face;
beauty is a light in the heart."
~Khalil Gibran, (1883 - 1931)

"Though we travel the world over to find the beautiful,
we must carry it with us or we find it not."
~Ralph Waldo Emerson

"A man should hear a little music, read a little poetry, and see a fine picture every day of his life, in order that worldly cares may not obliterate the sense of the beautiful which God has implanted in the human soul."
~Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

"People are like stained glass windows:
they sparkle and shine when the sun is out,
but when the darkness sets in their true beauty
is revealed only if there is a light within."
~Elizabeth Kubler-Ross

"Remember how in that communion only,
beholding beauty with the eye of the mind,
he will be enabled to bring forth, not images of beauty,
but realities (for he has hold not of an image but of a reality),
and bringing forth and nourishing true virtue to become
the friend of God and be immortal, if mortal man may."
~Plato, Symposium

  1. I was rushing and just wanted to check my email real quick and the comments from people who I appreciate whenever they visit me [like you!], and WOW! That's just soooo sweet of you. Thank you so much and I really appreciate it! Like what we all bloggers say and know, this is for the Lord. I love it that we are able to encourage each other and as inspired by the Holy Spirit, we have so many stories to tell of our own. But the bottom line, we are bonded by His love and that's what's amazing! God bless sister Heather and thank you again! I'm about to pick up my son, so I'll try to post and reward others as well later.
But though you made this, I want to give it right back at you because your posts bless me as well. When you talked about the past sins and whatever flaws, I knew that wasn't easy but that's a lot of encouragement to us and the non-believers as well. That's the true Christian life, we are all flawed and made flawless by the Lamb!
To God be the glory! Have a nice day! Sweltering temp. here in CA. But thanks be to God, still a nice weather! Sorry if I got carried away.

  2. Oh Sweet Beautiful Self,

You are soooo Beautiful! Both inward and outward beauty are yours because you reflect Him. You are who you are for a reason. You're heart, I can see it so so BIG and perfectly formed with love that is all consuming for Him and that always shows here in your site as well. You are encouraging, uplifting and so much more.

I am speechless, yet honored that you choose me to accept this beautiful award that You created. How cool is that! I love the picture and what it represents. I love how the tiny people with hearts connected come out from one person and the love is always connected from heart to by one by one, multiplied by many all for His glory, all for our love for Him and how we feel towards one another. This is really special to me, very special dear one and I thank you from deep within my heart to yours. We are bonded sisters-in-Christ and that is always a beautiful thing!

May God abundantly bless you Beautiful Self in all ways as you continue to live your life loving Him and living through Him.

    I love you,

  3. Wow, I am flabbergasted. Two awards in one day? I must be doing something right :o) thank you so much for giving me this award, I think I needed to hear this today ((sigh)) but you definitely cheered me up :)

Honoured to be your Sister in Christ, Martha

  4. Psst, I added your award to my recent post :) thanks!

  5. I agree with all of your choices sweetie, beautiful ladies, including yourself.

  6. Dear Sweet One,

This beautiful award I'm sending right back at you too dear. You are beautiful inside and out. I just put the award post up on my site. I was just checking my list of followers. I didn't see your picture. I would love to have you show up in the pictures in my followers box...and I would love to have you sign my guest book too!

    Love you,

  7. Beautiful blog and beautiful heart of the blogger. You are a blessing, andrea

  8. Heather,

Oh fellow sister, I feel like we are related somewhere in this mad mad world. We even look alike!

Your award not only brightened by dreary day but made my entire weekend better. I have been fighting with so many people lately and it wears on you, like a 10 ton weight around your neck and tossed over the highest cliff so it's guaranteed to pull up to the bottom.

You picked me up out of my pit and set me on my feet again after a quick dust off and removed my rope! Thank goodness the rock wasn't still attached.

You are my hero and inspiration.

    Love and Hugs ~ Kat

  9. Sweet Heather,

I found you! I was looking for your beautiful face in my pictures of followers. When you signed up at my site in the beginning as a follower you didn't have your picture there...just a blank one :(
So until I clicked on it, then I could see that it was you!

    Thank you again sweetie.

    Love you,

  10. Oh precious little sister Heather! You have blessed me so much! I was out of town and just had time to get by here. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can't wait to post this wonderful award.

    I am truly blessed. (((((((you))))))))

What a very kind thing of you to do for us.

Love and blessings back to you!

I am Elizabeth Bennet of Pride & Prejudice! I am intelligent, witty, and tremendously attractive. I have a good head on my shoulders, and oftentimes find myself the lone beacon of reason in a sea of ridiculousness. I take great pleasure in many things. I am proficient in nearly all of them, though I will never own it. Lest I seem too perfect, I have a tendency toward prejudgement that serves me very ill indeed.
